Billing Cycles
.au domains can only be registered for a period of 2 years. This restriction is imposed by the Ausralian registry and cannot be changed. auz.net, auz.biz, auz.info and pty-ltd.com domains can be registered for up to 10 years.
Renewals
Australian Domains are renewed based on the above billing cycle at our normal domain registration prices. Click here for pricing.
Transfers
Transfers are FREE for all Australian domain name holders wishing to transfer to Domain Directors. The billing cycle remains unchanged when the transfer takes place.
Domain Password
All Australian Domain names have a domain name password, this can be retrieved automatically but it will only go the email address on the public WHOIS record, To retrieve your password automatically click here, otherwise please fax us on a signed company letterhead from an authorised person within your organisation, we will require your updated contact details and a reason why the email address is invalid.
