1. Where there is two or more validated landrush applications for the same امارات. (dotEmarat) Arabic Domain Name during the Landrush Period, the allocation of the domain Name will be referred to an auction.
2. In the event that your application is referred to an auction, and you are successful in winning the auction, you will be required to pay the bid amount in addition to your application fee. The auction payment is a separate payment to the initial application.
3. All landrush applications will be validated to ensure compliance with aeDA's published policies.
4. The review time for each landrush applications is expected to take one day, however the registrar notification concerning the outcome of your application will take approximately one week or even longer. This notification will only confirm that your application has been received, and it is not to be considered as an indication that your امارات. (dotEmarat) domain name has been successfully registered.
5. It is also important to note and understand that امارات. (dotEmarat) landrush applications will not be finalized until the landrush period is closed. For this reason, we cannot confirm the successful registration of your امارات. (dotEmarat) Domain name until you receive a registration confirmation notice from us confirming the successful registration.
6. The application fee for your your Landrush امارات. (dotEmarat) Arabic Domain Name is not refundable. If you are unsuccessful in registering your امارات. (dotEmarat) Arabic Domain Name, a credit will be applied to your account which you can use to purchase any of our products or services
