Instra Standard Support Procedures

Telephone support is provided from Monday 5am (AEDST) through to Saturday 8am (AEDST). Telephone Support is provided 24 hours a day, 5.5 days per week.

Email support is offered 24 hours a day, 5.5 days a week.
